I came to brand photography with 16 years of operations and business development experience behind me. So even when I was chosen to take the photos, I was always looking at the bigger picture.
Where are these images going? What are we trying to say? What happens when someone lands on the website? How are leads coming in? What happens after they inquire? Over time, it became clear that my clients didn't always need just new photos. Sometimes the website needed work. Sometimes they needed a better way to market what they were already doing really well, or how to keep track of what was already coming in.
So the services grew. Today, Branding by Jo brings strategy, photography, video, marketing, and the business side together, because none of those things really work in isolation.

The day of photo shoot started out with professional hair and makeup and then on to a beautiful home filled with great light, music and laughter.
