When it comes to booking your session, there are a lot of questions about how the process works. Since your new little peanut isn’t here yet, it’s hard to figure out a schedule. I’m flexible, we will be at the mercy of your little one but here is what I suggest to attempt to prepare:
Contact me during the beginning of your third trimester to set a date for the session. I require a deposit of 50% of the session fee to hold the date for you. I recommend newborn sessions be completed between 7 to 14 days after birth. This means that we will schedule the session for sometime within 2 weeks of your due date.

I will also hold a spot for two backup dates – one a week after the original session date, and one a week prior to your due date. This ensures that if your little nugget doesn’t come according to schedule you’ll still be covered.
Keep in contact with me as your pregnancy comes to a close, so I can be best prepared. After the baby is born, just give me a call or shoot me a message so I can make sure that one of the dates we have set will work out. I am baby led, so don’t stress if needed we will move things around.
